'The more he brings it on, the more I f***ing punish him every time. He's simply digging a grave for himself. I don't give a f***. That's it, I've stated my piece.'
Both men are playing at the World Grand Prix in Leicester this week and Carter was asked about the Rocket's comments, telling ITV: 'I truly really feel a bit sorry for him. I don't assume he's that nicely, mentally. So we transfer forward and we go once more this week.'
He was requested if he might keep in mind how his feud with O'Sullivan started and informed the Day by day Star: 'No, I'm afraid not.
