After being charged with manslaughter for the second time over the fatal capturing of Halyna Hutchins on the set Rust, Alec Baldwin has given his plea.
The 65-year-old filed a waiver of arraignment on Wednesday opting to plead not guilty a day earlier than a scheduled courtroom look in New Mexico.
Final January, Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter and pleaded not responsible, but this was dismissed without prejudice a few months later.
The charges were refiled earlier this month and on the time his legal workforce stated they have been 'look[ing] forward to our day in courtroom.'
In new courtroom documents, the 30 Rock actor said: 'I plea not responsible to all the costs in the grievance or citation.'
The 2021 capturing on the set occurred when a gun which Baldwin was holding accidentally discharged, killing the cinematographer.
He has all the time insisted that he was unaware that the weapon was loaded and maintained his innocence but when convicted the dad-of-seven might resist 18 months in jail.

Baldwin and Souza returned to complete the film, but it isn't clear when the finished product might be released.
The director thanked the Yellowstone Movie Ranch in a press release to the Hollywood Reporter, it learn: 'Their unwavering friendship, help, and now partnership in completing Rust and honouring Halyna means the world to me and our whole manufacturing workforce.'
He added the workforce needed to 'see this by way of on Halyna's behalf' while Baldwin thanked individuals for supporting him.
The Boss Baby actor was seen final week looking 'very stressed' as he braved the cold in a large black puffer jacket, strolling together with his youngsters.
