Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz took their love to Italy! In photos captured of the couple's latest getaway, the supermodel, 51, could be seen enjoying some time with her musician husband, 34, as they soaked up the sun on the beach on the Italian island of Sardinia outside the luxury resort Hotel Cala di Volpe. Heidi swam in the ocean with Kaulitz and strolled along the sand. The mom-of-four sported a pink-and-yellow floral bikini, a white baseball cap and shiny sunglasses, while Kaulitz made a statement in neon green swim trunks and sunglasses.
