Rangers have secured Czech winger Vaclav Cerny on a season-long loan from Wolfsburg. The 26-year-old becomes manager Philippe Clement's seventh summer signing and will give the Belgian further options on the flank after Abdallah Sima returned to parent club Brighton. Cerny has 17 caps and played once for his country at Euro 2024, in the 1-1 group-stage draw with Georgia He made only 14 starts in his first season for Wolfsburg, however, after moving from Dutch side Twente a year ago, with his new club eventually finishing 12th in the Bundesliga.
