Emmerdale's Lisa Riley has admitted to 'self-medicating with alcohol' after the death of her mother. The actress, 48, who went teetotal nine years ago, added that she was 'drinking two bottles of wine a night' before giving up alcohol. Speaking on Thursday's Lorraine, Lisa, who plays Mandy Dingle on the ITV soap, told host Ranvir Singh: 'I prefer me now I'm sober. 'I was self-medicating with alcohol after losing my mum.
