Simone Holtznagel and her ex Jono Castano have reunited to celebrate Father's Day. The former couple took their five-month-old baby daughter Gia for a beachside walk in Wollongong on Sunday. Jono took over pram duty, wheeling the tot along, while Simone walked slightly ahead of him. The model opted for a black, sleeveless tank top paired with tights that clung close to her figure. She added a pair of black sneakers with socks in the same tone and had on a pair of designer sunglasses.
