Jamie Theakston shared a rare social media update following stage one throat cancer diagnosis on Tuesday. The Heart Radio presenter, 53, announced he had been diagnosed with the disease two weeks ago, after listeners had noticed there was something not quite right with his voice. Sharing a post to his Instagram Story, Jamie showed his support to the late Kris Hallenga ahead of her posthumous BBC documentary Living Every Second, which details her life following her stage four breast cancer diagnosis aged just 23.
