Amanda Bynes was showing off new two-toned hair color on Thursday. The Amanda Show star, 38, was blonde on top and had black locks below. There also seemed to be some blue tints. The star also had on heavy makeup with a septum piercing and a nose ring as she was spotted in Los Angeles. Amanda wore a black sweatshirt and leggings with a black leather jacket while carrying a small black handbag.
