Charli XCX stunned in a racy red devil costume as she attended Kendall Jenner's Halloween party on Thursday. Arriving at celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont in Hollywood, the singer, 32, was joined by Rosalia, also 32, who opted for gory face makeup. Charli wore a daring ensemble consisting of a ripped bra top and a matching sarong with strips of torn fabric. She teamed it with a pair of strappy heels, with ropes tied around her ankles, and a dark red wig.
