Disney fans have demanded that Sabrina Carpenter take on the leading role in the upcoming live-action remake of a beloved film that released 14 years earlier. On Wednesday, Variety reported that Disney is set to make a live-action film based on Tangled (2010). Michael Gracey - who has helmed past projects such as The Greatest Showman - is in talks to direct the movie from a script written by Jennifer Kaytin.
