Kristin Cavallari dished on the origins of her feud with the Kardashian family during an appearance on Bunnie XOs' podcast Dumb Blonde. It has been more than a decade since she and her former good friend Kourtney Kardashian, 45, had a falling out. There's no love lost between The Hills star, 37, and The Kardashians empire, as she calls them 'calculated' and 'fake' and blames Scott Disick for the beef.
