Love Island's India Reynolds reveals her family were separated after being caught in the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami: 'It'll never sink in how lucky we were'
India Reynolds has revealed her entire family was caught in the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. The disaster, which became known as the Boxing Day Tsunami, took the lives of 227,898 people in 14 countries. The former Love Island star, 34, shared a photo of herself taken twenty years ago on a beach alongside her family. India, who is from Reading, told how the family were in Sri Lanka at the time the disaster struck.
