Shemar Moore and his longtime girlfriend Jesiree Dizon have called it quits. The Criminal Minds star, 54, and the model/actress, 41, broke up 'recently' after five years of dating, according to TMZ on Thursday. While they are no longer a couple, Moore and Dizon are on good terms and will remain 'loving friends.' They will amicably co-parent their two-year-old daughter Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore, who was born in January 2023.
