Justin Bieber shared a new video of himself smoking to Instagram on Thursday, amid growing fan concern. The bleary-eyed Baby hitmaker, 30, stood close to the camera while inhaling and exhaling smoke from what appeared to be a joint in a minute-long clip, shared to his Stories. At one point he had his eyes closed and flashed a wide smile for a prolonged period of time while seemingly dancing. He had on a black beanie that appeared slightly disarranged, along with a black hoodie.
