Folk music legend Bill Fay has died at the age of 81. The musician's passing was announced in a statement by his label, Dead Oceans, saying he died 'peacefully' in London on Saturday morning. Bill had previously been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and he was called 'a gentle man and a gentleman, wise beyond our times,' by his label. The statement added: 'He was a private person with the biggest of hearts, who wrote immensely moving, meaningful songs that will continue to find people for years to come.
