Joy Reid's The ReidOut has been canceled by MSNBC amid the network's plummeting ratings - and seven years after the star's racist and homophobic rants were unearthed. Reid's final episode is set for Monday evening- with the 7 p.m. ET time slot to be replaced by a panel show co-hosted by Symone Sanders Townsend, Alicia Menendez and Michael Steele, sources told The New York Times. The political commentator's three decade broadcasting career has been marred by multiple controversies - with her downfall sparked in 2017 when homophobic posts she had penned about ex Florida governor Charlie Crist from 2007 to 2009, emerged.
