Kylie Minogue has received a commemorative star recognising her phenomenal success entertaining crowds at Melbourne Park. The beloved pop princess first took to the stage at Rod Laver Arena (previously the National Tennis Centre) back in 1990. Since then she's played a whopping 33 shows at the venue, and sold more than 386,000 tickets. The star was unveiled by Melbourne Park CEO, John Harnden, and is located in the forecourt of Rod Laver Arena adjacent to the statue of the late Michael Gudinski.
