Amazon's takeover of the James Bond franchise could see the British super-spy's future being controlled by the team behind the hit movie Barbie. Sources have told The Mail on Sunday that Amazon boss Jeff Bezos and Mike Hopkins, head of Prime Video and Amazon Studios, want Amy Pascal and David Heyman, the producers of the 2023 blockbuster movie, to 'steer the future' of 007. Hollywood was rocked last week when Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and her brother Michael G Wilson revealed they had handed over creative control of the £7.
