The Paris Olympics are officially underway and Team GB will be hoping to rack up a big collection of medals over the coming weeks. Friday night saw the opening ceremony which was held along the River Seine and it will go down as a memorable one. Saturday sees a whole host of action coming from the dressage, hockey, gymnastics, swimming, cycling and more. The likes of Keely Hodgkinson, Adam Peaty, Matthew Hudson-Smith and more will hope to receive a gold medal in their respective events.

Beyonce is Team USA's biggest hype woman. The songstress made a surprise appearance during the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony broadcast on NBC Friday night, as she introduced several American athletes. The Crazy In Love hitmaker rocked a red, white and blue ensemble, including a 'USA' leotard and a billowing cape, along with cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. 'Get a look at America, y'all,' Beyonce began, as her hit song Ya Ya from her most recent album, Cowboy Carter, played in the background.
