However, Khloe's appearance in the short clip came as a shock, as she looked much different than her early days in the spotlight. The TV personality's nose was just a tiny dot on her face, and her platinum blonde hair stood in stark contrast to her natural brunette locks. However, in recent photos, her nose has appeared smaller, her chin has looked pointer, and her face and waist have gotten impossibly thin.
