The HOA rules reportedly state that members should make sure that their fencing is 50% transparent.

Flick was lately informed that the fence in his yard was not in compliance and that he should make modifications, in line with local CW affiliate WCCB.

Nevertheless, this transfer by the HOA was "the final straw," he informed the information outlet.

As an alternative of getting to proceed dealing with the HOA, Flick decided it was time to sell up and move one.
