It's over 200 years since Napoleon was defeated and exiled, however it appears that evidently some individuals needed a rerun this weekend.
A minor 'Battle of Waterloo' broke out in London this weekend when rival football followers swarmed the concourse of the busy station and needed to be held again by police.
Video exhibits how dozens of followers have been jostling in entrance of the ticket machines, some making an attempt to land punches on each other, while police in excessive vis jackets lined up to attempt to calm things down.
It exhibits how one man jumped over ticket limitations to become involved within the scrap, whereas others tackle police – and a few passengers attempt to thoughts their own business within the background.
The disorder broke out round 9pm on Saturday.
So many police appeared that they virtually outnumbered the lads making an attempt to battle one another.
A British Transport Police spokesman stated: 'At around 9pm on February 24, British Transport Cops on patrol at Waterloo railway station, alongside officers from the Metropolitan Police, responded to dysfunction between soccer followers.
'The state of affairs was de-escalated and no arrests have been made.'
He added that the station's operation was not disrupted with the state of affairs not main to coach delays.
