Jack Wilshere has revealed that Arsenal hope to fast-track 14-year-old academy prospect Max Dowman after his spectacular displays for the U18s.
Dowman was handed his debut in the U18s in September 2023 – aged just 13 – however has continued to excel underneath the tutelage of former midfielder Wilshere.
Dowman, who can also be deployed as a midfielder, played a staring position in the aspect's 5-2 win over Fulham on Saturday.
He notched up four assists and Wilshere is already looking forward to a possible first-team look in the close to future.
