Katie Price has reportedly been served an eviction notice and given weeks to vacate her £2,000,000 Mucky Mansion.
Located in Horsham, West Sussex, the property was purchased by Katie, 45, in October 2014 for £1.35million.
It was also at the centre of her Channel 4 TV show, Katie Price's Mucky Mansion, documenting her home renovations.
However, the house soon fell into despair due to Katie's money woes and relationship troubles with her ex, Carl Woods.
Her alleged eviction now comes after the former glamour model failed to show up in court amid a second bankruptcy.
According to The Mirror, Katie was sent a letter, dated April 24, 2024, stating that 'the eviction will take place on May 29, 2024, at 10am'.
Horsham County Court's eviction notice, which is addressed to Katie and 'any other occupiers', also instructs her 'to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date'.
The letter also states: 'The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
'A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.
'In this notice, the term "Authorised Person" is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer.'
In February this year, Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time, owing a six-figure sum to HMRC.
It was reported that she had failed to pay over £750,000 in tax, VAT, and other fees.
She had previously been warned about losing her home unless HMRC could recover the money.
Katie had been due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court last week, but lawyers announced at the start of the hearing that 'health issues' had prevented her from attending at the last minute.
A judge described this excuse as 'scanty'.
Having received backlash for missing her court appearance, Katie spoke out.
In a recent podcast episode, Katie stressed that she is 'taking [her] bankruptcy so seriously'.
She also clarified that the 'cheap' holiday she took to Cyrpus with her boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, was because she needed a 'break'.

The former I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star said on The Katie Price Show earlier this month: 'Everyone is like, "Oh she's missed bankruptcy and she's gone on holiday!" No, let me address it.
'The court knew that I wasn't going to my bankruptcy, because mentally – my consultant at The Priory – I've been signed off for any kind of activity for court.
'I'm mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross-examined in front of the media, in front of the public.'
Katie, who declared bankruptcy for the first time in 2019, reiterated that it was a 'very serious situation', but acknowledged that it looked like she had run away to go on holiday.
'No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away.
'You've got the words from me here. When I say I'm not mentally able and stable into court at the moment because I have a lot of things going on behind the scenes I'm dealing with.
'Hence, I haven't been on TikTok for months, since December, I'm only doing what my body and brain can let me do at the moment.'
Katie reiterated that she was placing importance on the court case, vowing: 'I am taking the bankruptcy seriously. It's not like I've jetted off on a bloody five-star holiday.
'I'm not in a £760-a-night hotel.
'It's not my fault that my friend came to this hotel a week before me and told them that I was coming and to look after me. So, when I came here, they upgraded me for nothing, this holiday was actually a very cheap holiday.'
Katie then confirmed she would be absent from her next court appearance too, having got a signed letter to allow her not to appear.
'There is another court hearing and I won't be going to that either. I want everyone to know I've had a letter from my trustees.
'Before I went away on holiday, I had an hours conversation with my trustees who handled both of my bankruptcies and explained fully my situation. Since then, I've had a letter from them and a letter from court.'
The mum-of-five said her consultant has given her 'a list of things [she] needs to do' before she can be discharged, which has to be signed off by a lawyer.
'I'm back today, I have the appointments with my consultant, my therapist and everyone around me who will be signing me off legally.'
However, it has since been heard that the reality TV personality could face arrest and have her assets seized, should she fail to attend more court appearances.
In a written submission Darragh Connell, representing the trustees, said: 'The respondent should be in no doubt that any future non-attendance without a reasonable excuse will constitute contempt of court and necessitate an application for a warrant for her arrest.'
'It is clear that the evidence filed very late is of a variety that is deeply, deeply unsatisfactory and we are in a very serious situation as a consequence.'
Reps for Katie Price have been contacted for comment.
