Alex Scott has revealed she kept her relationship with Jess Glynne a secret for more than a year because they both 'knew their love was special'. The former footballer, 39, and her singer girlfriend, 34, made their public debut as a couple in March at the BRIT Awards by posing on the carpet together. Alex explained how they wanted to protect themselves for as long as possible, she said: 'It took us a while because we knew what we have is so special, so it has been about trying to protect that and keep that for us in such a way that it continues to be beautiful.
