Joe Jonas and Stormi Bree have called it quits. The musician, 34, and Bree (born Stormi Henley) recently ended their relationship, PEOPLE can confirm. The Jonas Brothers singer and the model, 33, were first linked in January, when they were spotted together on a trip to Aspen, Colorado, shortly after New Year's Day with a group of friends. The sighting came just a few months after Jonas filed for divorce from Sophie Turner after four years of marriage.
