Laura Woods appeared back on TV for the first time since a gruesome facial injury when she fronted TNT Sports' coverage of the Champions League final. The 36-year-old required surgery after suffering serious face and arm injuries while on holiday - and was forced to miss hosting duties of the boxing clash between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk last month. However, it was not expected to keep her off the screens for long, having been named in ITV's presenting team for Euro 2024 - and two weeks before the tournament in Germany, she was hosting coverage of the Champions League final.
