It appears the footballer, 21, has been eying up Bolton-born Lily Rowland, whose other notable Instagram followers include Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho. It comes after Romeo's girlfriend Mia Regan sparked speculation she has moved out of their love nest after she was seen moving boxes into a pad in east London in April.
