Luis Ruelas, the husband of The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice, took out a $1 million loan three months ago, less than four years after they bought a mansion in Montville, New Jersey for $3,350,000. Ruelas, 49, took out a $1 million loan this past March 25 from an LLC based out of Florida, according to court documents reviewed by The U.S. Sun. Documents detailing the mortgage reviewed by the outlet indicated that Ruelas was the 'sole member' of an LLC that purchased the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home in January of 2021.
