Harry Kane has offered a positive injury update after he was substituted during England's victory against Switzerland on Saturday night. The England captain bizarrely took a tumble into the England dugout and collided with Gareth Southgate in the process. The England forward appeared to land awkwardly on a cool box, after he had been pushed out of play while challenging for the ball with opposition defender Manuel Akanji. Kane was left wincing and clutching his left leg after falling awkwardly on a cool box in the technical area.
