Today Extra host Sylvia Jeffreys has revealed Pixar's Inside Out 2 reminded her of her own teenage angst. The animated sequel picks up with central character Riley as she turns 13 and sees the arrival of new emotions including anxiety and envy as the teenager enters puberty. On Tuesday, Sylvia, 38, explained how the children's movie 'triggered flashbacks' to her adolescent years in her column for 9honey. It reminded the Nine star of 'the various forms of anxiety that marked our own transition from carefree, silly-seeking children who live in the moment to self-conscious, confused teenagers.
