U2 have hit the top spot as the highest-earning band in the UK and Ireland so far this year, according to new data. The Irish rock band formed in Dublin in 1976 consists of Bono, the Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. Pollstar report that the band have made £106million from 23 shows in Las Vegas, playing to 382,000 fans in 2024. They are almost £30million ahead of nearest rivals Coldplay in the live performance revenues.
