Allison Langdon broke down in tears on Thursday evening during a moving segment about organ donation on A Current Affair. The TV veteran, 45, was chatting to the father of Michael Gremmo, whose son Nathan tragically died at age 13 in a road accident in 2015. Nathan went on to become an organ donor and ended up saving six other people. During a chat to promote Jersey Day, which was established in Nathan's memory to encourage a discussion about organ and tissue donation, Langdon made a heartbreaking admission.
