The same Hollywood Hills home that singer Bill Withers spent the last two decades of his life in has just been sold. The home has sold for $3.7 million in an off-market deal, according to a new report from TMZ. The singer purchased the home in 1998 for $714K and sold it in 2019 for $2.835 million, just months before he passed away in March 2020 from heart complications at 81.
