Sophie Cachia has shared her heartbreak after the death of her grandfather. The influencer, 33, revealed on Instagram on Friday that her pop, Bruce, had passed away. 'True heartbreak. My best mate. My favourite human' she began the emotional post, which accompanied several black and white images of her grandpa. 'I miss you so much already it hurts.
