He was struck down with cancer two years ago. Now Australian music legend John Farnham, 75, appears to be well on the way to recovery behind a massive show of love from his fans. And amongst the well-wishers leaving messages of support are Tom Jones, 84, and Coldplay's Chris Martin, 47 Jim Farnham, 36, discussed the touching gesture of support for the beloved You're the Voice hitmaker on Saturday. 'My mum gets voice video messages from Chris Martin from Coldplay and Tom Jones, which is quite funny, checking in on dad,' he reported to the Herald Sun.
