Richard Madeley was missing from his usual spot on the Good Morning Britain panel on Tuesday morning, with Sean Fletcher standing in his place. As the daytime programme kicked off, Kate Garraway, 57, addressed her co-host's absence with Sean, 50, admitting he didn't realise he was fronting the ITV show. She said: 'Good morning! Now if you were expecting to see Richard Madeley here, I think Richard Madeley was expecting to be here as well!
