The Script's frontman Danny O'Donoghue is engaged. The singer, 43, proposed to his girlfriend of four years Anais Niang, 30, during a holiday in Norway. It comes 17 months after bandmate Mark Sheehan died aged 46 after a brief, undisclosed illness, leaving Danny devastated. Danny met Anais during the covid pandemic and took her to his 'favourite place on earth', The Seven Sisters waterfall to get down on one knee.
