Abbie Chatfield has confessed that she didn't always have the best skincare habits. The podcaster shared her shame in a TikTok post this week, revealing that she often wore a full face of glamorous makeup - and slept in it. In a further post to Instagram, Abbie begged her fans to comment their own 'crook' skincare habits to make her feel better. She also posted a throwback image in which she wore a heavy makeup look including glitter shadow and thick foundation.
