Beyoncé's dad Matthew Knowles has shared his thoughts about his daughter being snubbed on the 2024 CMA Awards nominations list. Speaking to TMZ, the 72-year-old record executive pointed to race relations. Cowboy Carter, which topped Billboard's Top Country Albums chart this year, was skipped over in notable categories including Single of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, and Female Vocalist of the Year. 'There's more white people in America and unfortunately they don't vote based on ability and achievements; it's still sometimes a white and black thing,' he explained.
