Adrian 'Mr Lambo' Portelli has scrapped plans to build his latest multi-million dollar property in Melbourne. The billionaire is selling his Strathmore residential block with a $2.5million to $2.7million price listing. Portelli first purchased the land early in 2023 for $2.7million, with plans to build himself a home with city skyline views. However, his hopes to buy surrounding blocks to expand his space fell through. 'I was wanting to potentially buy the neighbours' houses and just create one big block,' he told realestate.
