The former pro footballer, 49, ripped off his white T-shirt before showcasing his gruelling work out in an Instagram video on Thursday. However is middle son Romeo, 22, couldn't resist poking fun at his father's work out routine as he lifted some free weights, asking: 'Is that all you're lifting?
