Elle Macpherson has opened up about her secret battle with alcohol addiction and revealed why she decided to go to rehab. The supermodel, 60, who is now more than 20 years sober, unveiled her alcoholism in her memoir Life, Lessons, and Learning to Trust Yourself, which was released in Australia last week. She told LiSTNR's The Jess Rowe Big Talk Show, how she used to 'vomit three times before going to bed and then drinking a litre of water'.
