Gleb Savchenko has broken his silence in wake of Dancing With The Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev's shock domestic violence arrest last month. Artem, 42, was taken into custody on August 29 after he allegedly attacked his now-estranged wife Nikki Garcia, 40, at their Napa, California home. Though he did not directly address Artem's legal woes, Savchenko did speak highly of his friend during the show's season 33 premiere on Tuesday.
