Heavily pregnant Megan McKenna has shared her devastation at leaving her dog Daisy behind after packing up her life and making a last-minute shock move to Germany with her fiancé Oliver Burke. The former TOWIE star, 31, who is expecting her first child with the footballer, 27, also revealed that her birth location in the UK was supposed to be St Mary's The Lindo wing - where Kate Middleton's babies were delivered.
