The soap favourite, 31, and the TV star enjoyed a relaxing spa weekend at the lavish 4-star Swan Hotel and Spa, where double rooms start at £151 per night. On Saturday the Coronation Street actress took to her Instagram page with a stunning clip featuring the best bits from their loved-up retreat.
