On Wednesday the 45-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum took to Instagram to share that his 35-year-old ex — who just unveiled her secret cosmetic procedure — shared a home-cooked meal with him, even though they are living apart. After promoting his partnership with meal prep company Factor, the reality television personality noted that he 'will always squeeze in a home-cooked meal when I am offered one.
