Katy Perry was spotted out in New York City with fiance Orlando Bloom this weekend, days ahead of her MTV Video Music Awards performance and Video Vanguard honor. The 39-year-old pop music sensation was clad in a black sweatsuit with white underpants that she teased in the look's low-slung, flared pants. Her jet black hair was slicked back into an imperfect low bun at the back of her head and she added oversized black sunglasses.
