Katy Perry stepped out in another blindingly bright and sporty look this weekend. After making a quick appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival to support her fiancé Orlando Bloom at the premiere of his film The Cut, the Fireworks singer, 39, is back in New York City. The American Idol judge showed off her slender figure in a highlighter green 3/4 zip top with knee-length black leggings with the same green design down the sides of her legs.
