But Lara Worthington has totally transformed her physique since the commercial went viral almost 20 years ago. The model, 37, covered up her tiny frame as she went shopping with her mother Sharon and one of her sons in New York on Tuesday. The mum-of-three stepped out in a pair of very baggy jeans and an oversized leather jacket for the outing.
